Unfortunately, no one has yet been able to raise the additional funds (estimated at $25k), or directly contribute to the code to bring the android version up to speed with the iOS version, so we are leaving it as a beta. -

Assuming you are using conversations, the best way is likely to upload a video file that has a still image combined with your audio. Alternately, you can use a bit of javascript in the text combined with the "audio" tag. See https://fielddaylab.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=255

Should be fine. Make sure you are on the internet. ARIS doesn't always give specific error messages. Otherwise, tell me everything you can so we can track it down.

Ok. Thanks for the reply. We will test with an iPad Air 2 and see what we find.
While you are waiting for us, my last idea is to make sure the device is not completely full (some storage, even a few MB are available) then reinstall ARIS and see if that fixes it.

Try something for me:
Open iOS settings
Open ARIS
Make sure AIRS has access to Location, Camera and Photos
Does that fix it?
