Is there a simple way to print a contact sheet of all photos from a Siftr...?
and, better yet, to be able to filter by category and print just those of interest.

That sounds awesome. I don't think there's a way to do this though. Maybe loading siftr in a big monitor on a computer, then screenshooting a relevant view would work for your circumstances?
